*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. Most small orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Shipping charges & information
Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is based on the number of items in your order and the shipping method selected. Ground rates are $6.95 for the first item, Each additional item is $1 up to 10 items. Over 10 items shipping charges maybe calculated by clicking APPLY next to the shipping method on the checkout page. 2nd day & next day will be calculated at checkout based on UPS rates (click apply) They may also be adjusted manually if necessary. PO Boxes or shipping to PR,AK,HI,GU,VI or military addresses are shipped via USPS priority mail* (select UPS Ground)
Delivery time: Most orders placed by 2pm Eastern time will ship the same day. UPS Ground will take between 2-6 days for delivery. UPS 2nd day air will take 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Saver will take 1 business day (no specific time) Priority mail doesn't have a specific delivery time. If a UPS 2nd day air or Next Day Saver package is late please notify us and we will gladly file a refund request with UPS. If approved you will be refunded the shipping part of the fee. UPS decision is final.
Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Returning an item: Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt. We can't accept returns on open or used items. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons. We do not offer exchanges on any item.
Damages, UPS service: If an item is damaged it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Have your customer hold on to the damaged item & all packaging for 2 weeks. UPS may contact the customer and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved we will reship the damaged items. If the customer wants a refund or a different item they must return the item at their expense and we will issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Missing packages, UPS: If an item isn't received you must notify us with 10 days of delivery. We will start a tracer with UPS which will take 8 business days to complete. Once approved we will reship the order with Signature required. If you want the item shipped immediately you would need to place a new order and we will issue a refund when the claim is approved. UPS must make contact with the customer to approve claims. A credit card chargeback, providing wrong or incomplete address etc will not be covered.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us by the carrier for any reason including but not limited to (refusal, undeliverable, unavailable to sign) we will issue a refund for the items cost minus a shipping charge (cost charged by carrier to return item)
Cancellation: Since we use an automated order processing system there is a very small window to cancel an order (typically less than 5 minutes) Please reply to the e-mail confirmation immediately and do not wait to contact us during business hours. Request for cancellation will be honored if possible.
**Damages/missing packages USPS: If you choose to ship to an address that uses priority mail for shipping (PO Boxes, military address, HI,AK, PR, GU, VI etc) you are accepting complete responsibility for the package. We will issue a delivery confirmation number. If the package is damaged, stolen, or missing no claims can be made and you will be responsible to place a new order at your cost.
